Description:
Private Driving
These classes are affiliated to and run under the rules of the British Driving Society. BDS rules appertaining to Young Drivers and also the wearing of hard hats will apply. Grooms must be in attendance with vehicles at all times.
This is a Victoria Food Company Open Private Driving Championship qualifier. The Champion will qualify for the Grand Final to be held on Sunday 11th September 2022 at Bury Farm Equestrian Club, New Bury Farm, Mill Road, Slapton, Bucks, LU7 9BT. In the event that the Champion has already qualified then the Reserve Champion to qualify. If the Reserve has also qualified, the rosette to be awarded back to the Champion. Once qualified the horse, whip and vehicle may not be changed. Prize money awarded at the Grand Final as follows:
Open Private Driving Championship
Supreme Champion £200, Reserve Champion £150, Third Place £100 and Fourth Place £50.
Exercise Vehicle Championship
Supreme Champion £50 and Reserve £25
Trade & Agricultural Turnouts
